This incident let me have a clearer view of how things will be like, perhaps; in future. I really thank you for this good experience from the bottom of my heart but you know I am still a human being; I don't wear a mask anywhere I go. Not like you, therefore I wanna say I am still pissed off. You've left an utterly marvelous impression in this journey.

If I can ask you this - Did you look at the big picture, analyzing the whole outcome before asking me for the details again?
Anyway, I took it as an experience and that; no matter how things are changing around this place, you will never change coz you do not have a flexible mind and will never explore the options to make things better for everyone. You will only make things better for yourself and your gang! No wonder other people always treat us as if we are some low class craps doing other people's job!
You will only do what you are supposed to, avoid what you can do. I bet you've gained this level is by your worth of stay not by your worth of initiative, experience, management skills.
If you are afraid to offend others, why can't you seek an opportunity to talk about it with them, give suggestions and it's not like asking you to tell them to do what you want them to do. Hello! Wake up your smirky brains! Why can't you admit that those people are at fault? Why can't you just say it? Coz they are your people? Favourtism? At least you say it, I can understand, human makes mistakes as we are not Gods! Or are you trying to say those people are Gods?
You did not protect us, you just listen to others and think we are at fault all the time. Have you ever thought, we are not kids, we always do other people's job you think it's fun? Why don't you ask them to give us their pay? Why don't you try doing what we do for at least a week?
Some of us may be young here but there are many of us who are not that young; with work experiences and can do a better job than them! Everyone is important! I bet you don't know that! Do you understand each and everyone of us and see what we do or what we can do? Don't treat us like rubbish bin!
*By the way, I am not the first point of contact at the point of incident, I kept quiet coz I know no matter what, you will still say that it's my fault. I seriously feel that what you've said to me is at least 50% irrelevant. If it's conflict or misunderstanding between the 2 depts, then jolly well go resolve it! If we can do the same by just a phone call, why can't they? Why? Is it that they are of a more superior designation?
Oh yes! I am irresponsible and rude! Just like what you've said. But think about it, what is the root of the problem? It's you and those people who are one or two ranks below you! Have we all been briefed? If yes, does everyone knows the exact thing to do? Who should do the calling? Hello! The answer is no, so please don't talk shit to me!
If all of you don't speak the same language, how do you expect us to speak the same language?
So, I should be the one to be blame then I say THANK YOU VERY MUCH (+ FUCK YOU VERY MUCH)!
I felt insulted indirectly but you know what, it's okay. Just wait for a bigger bomb to explode.
