Sometimes, things are not what they think they are; things are not as bad they've thought but why do they have such a narrow and over-sensitive mindset when they look at things? How are you gonna look at the big picture when your mindset is as such? Perhaps, you will not be able to handle matters with greater depth in future...



If you tell me it's to contain/resolve the problem; to revive the situation. I would say C'mon! didn't you know Murphy's Law!? If you don't, why are you here? What is your prevention is better than cure but it's more like trying to cure than preventing in the first place.

Some people added me just to see what I've posted on my notes. They are not sincere to be friends as they've blocked part of their profile; commented on my posts to many people saying negative stuffs (Please comment on my post here directly and don't go around telling rubbish to people as they have not seen what exactly I have posted!), so please delete yourselves! If you don't want to let people know more about you or your life, why have a facebook? If you can't be open and frank about everything, this shows that you're a person who everyone must be careful of.

Not only that, as time pass, I've realised these people are so damn hypocrite!

What's Up?

Nothing much is as good as winning the jackpot everytime. It hasn't been really good for some children at Treasure Box Kindergarten. Why? Coz it's not money but unhappy events.


How I wish things can change and be done to those naughty children who kept spoiling our days.

I guess, I've got many wishes that can't be fulfilled. Haha~ Just like the rest of the children in this aspect.

By the way, I would like to highlight to you that I am very displeased with your speech and tone of voice during the incident at the jewel box. Kindly do yourself a favour by letting the information pass through your brains before you let it out from your mouth. As far as I know, everything you've said on that day is absolutely redundant. Your behaviour is really childish and ignorant. I urge you to also send yourself for speech grooming classes. Please don't act like you are the greatest, don't act like you know everything coz in actual fact you don't! DOUBLE SHOTS JACKPOT! (PART 1)

YesterDAY...


Took a call to do OT; to checked in at 7.45pm. Prayed that I will not be at the same zone that they were talking while I was eating before shift starts. But too bad or rather I'm just unlucky... The music starts... Lalala...




Reported to the zone, just barely 2 mins, saw leftover jewels that cost $1.05, took out my macdonalds card wanted to cashout the jewels in the treasure box but was stopped by Sup A. Turned and saw Bugs Bunny standing beside her.


Sup A. asked Bugs Bunny: "Treasure box got leftover jewels why you never cashout? Don't need to cashout is it?" Bugs Bunny laughed and said he did not see, etc. (Sorry, half the time I can't really hear what the hell he was talking about maybe because of his extraordinary features, lucky no raindrops on my face this time). I put back my macdonalds card back into my tag. Bugs Bunny went to insert his macdonalds card to cashout the jewels. Sup A. then say if the next time she sees leftover jewels that Bugs Bunny did not cashout; she will beat him once for every leftover jewels not cashout, in a joking manner. Bugs Bunny laughed and joked about it. Sup A. walked away.


I went to do my usual petrolling. Cleared more than 10 cups nearly 20, I guessed. Kept walking, saw 3 more cups, picked them up, walked to the trash can, saw Bugs Bunny and Mr Wang talking nearby. I then jokingly said: "Now, it's a trend not to clear cups hor? I cleared more than 10 cups leh". I smiled. Continued to do my usual petrolling, Mr Wang came over and walked with me. He said: "Don't blame me, I just came from the opposite zone". I told him: "You know me right? We've been in the same zone quite a few times and I always joke about certain things during work and it's all harmless." He said: "Ya, I know. I'm also joking la, I'm just telling you that I just came over". I said: "Okay".

Then a guest asked me to look after his precious treasure box while he go to the restroom. While I was looking after the guest's treasure box, I saw Bugs Bunny walking pass, laughing to himself like a maniac. (Sorry, I seriously do not know how to describe the way he laughed but to me; somehow it sent shivers down my spine; that's why I say he laughed like a maniac). After the guest came back from the restroom, I returned his treasure box to him.

Bugs Bunny walked passed me, I asked him, why did he laughed. He said: " Just now you and Mr Wang were talking near that treasure box and you did not even see the leftover jewels in it, still want to say I never cashout the leftover jewels!" He raised his voice for the last part of his statement. Question marks popped in my head. I asked him when did I even say such a thing? He said - Just now Sup A. said that he never cashout etc. (Sorry again, half of what the fuck he was saying - I seriously don't know what the fuck it was! All thanks to his extraordinary features again!).

I heard what he was saying the first part then I told him, I didn't say he did not cashout and I'm not the one who had instructed him to do it. He then say that he is very 'BU SHUANG' coz I said "Now, it's a trend not to clear cups hor." He said that I'm saying that he is not doing his job. I told him I don't have such intentions at all. He said Mr Wang is also very 'BU SHUANG' that I 'SUAN' him.

He kept raising his voice then I told him, don't quarrel with me here. He said: "What?!? I am not quarrelling with you okay! I am just telling you!" In my heart, I was thinking, do you tell things to someone by yelling? Hmm... I then told him: "You know my name right? Go talk to the sams, sups or sms better". He then yelled: "What?!? Complain?!? I tell you there's guests here don't quarrel with me okay?" Then he kept talking and raising his voice but sorry again and again, maybe I really have fucking bad hearing problem. Sorry for my disability. I really don't know what he was talking about and very sorry, I can't read his lips though I know I passed my lip reading examinations. (Sorry ah, Bugs Bunny your extraordinary features, damn power lah!)

I then told him if he want to raised his voice then go talk at the brown tool box no.3. I called Sup A. over and helped us settle this matter. While waiting for Sup A. Mr Wang walked passed, I confronted Mr Wang infront of Bugs Bunny and Mr Wang said he knew I was joking and he wasn't even 'BU SHUANG'. I asked Mr Wang to leave us alone, he then went back to do his petrolling. Bugs Bunny said it's time for him to leave coz he has to go home and chew his carrots. I told him: "If you have the guts to yell and say so many things, please stay and settle this once and for all". He said: "Who say I got no guts? Who say? Who say? What you talking about? What? I never yell okay? okay?!? Just now he told me that he 'BU SHUANG' now he don't dare to say okay?!?" Then again, I have to apologize, I really don't know what was he yelling about after that and it kept getting louder and louder, repeating things about the jewels, the cups etc. Sorry for my disability once again. It went on for about 1 minute till I have to yell back "SHUT UP! SHUT UP NOW!" Then he stopped talking and yelling. ZZZzzz...




Fuck! Never seen such a moron!


Long story short, Bugs Bunny said he used the leftover jewels that me and Mr Wang overlooked to 'SUAN' me back coz I 'SUAN' him and implied that he never do his job by joking about the cups. (If this is not childish then what the fuck is this?) By age, people said you're older than me, then what are you trying to tell us?


Sup A. came settled the matter after hearing both sides of the stories.
Result = Both parties were not at fault, both parties were helping the company.
Simple?
That's it settled!?!

What the fuck do you want? What the fuck you wanna show? Let me tell you something, if you're so great and if you can do better, why not make it here? Why talk about something that has not happen? Just one thing I wanna say to all these people; hell to you, if you think you are always right then there's not a need for you to live this life and be here coz you'll be God and I guess, you can't be and will never be coz you aren't perfect!

I will take every complain as a feedback as feedback means there's room for improvement. I will take every experience as an example as it  helps not to make the same mistakes again. But...

This incident let me have a clearer view of how things will be like, perhaps; in future. I really thank you for this good experience from the bottom of my heart but you know I am still a human being; I don't wear a mask anywhere I go. Not like you, therefore I wanna say I am still pissed off. You've left an utterly marvelous impression in this journey.

If I can ask you this - Did you look at the big picture, analyzing the whole outcome before asking me for the details again?

Anyway, I took it as an experience and that; no matter how things are changing around this place, you will never change coz you do not have a flexible mind and will never explore the options to make things better for everyone. You will only make things better for yourself and your gang! No wonder other people always treat us as if we are some low class craps doing other people's job!

You will only do what you are supposed to, avoid what you can do. I bet you've gained this level is by your worth of stay not by your worth of initiative, experience, management skills.

If you are afraid to offend others, why can't you seek an opportunity to talk about it with them, give suggestions and it's not like asking you to tell them to do what you want them to do. Hello! You did not protect us, you just listen to others and think we are at fault all the time. Have you ever thought, we are not kids, we always do other people's job you think it's fun? Why don't you ask them to give us their pay? Why don't you try doing what we do for at least a week?

Some of us may be young here but there are many of us who are not that young; with work experiences and can do a better job than them! Everyone is important! I bet you don't know that! Do you understand each and everyone of us and see what we do or what we can do? Don't treat us like rubbish bin!


*By the way, I am not the first point of contact at the point of incident, I kept quiet coz I know no matter what, you will still say that it's my fault. I seriously feel that what you've said to me is at least 50% irrelevant. If it's conflict or misunderstanding between the 2 depts, then jolly well go resolve it! If we can do the same by just a phone call, why can't they? Why? Is it that they are of a more superior designation?

I guess, SIM management course was the right choice not to be missed. The communication module was one that triggers your mind to think and be more flexible with the situation you've faced. It helps alot especially at work dealing with people like 'Mr Know-It-All", "Miss Tactless", "Mr Backstabber", "Mr Cop", "Mr Smarty Pants", "Miss Gossip", "Miss Talk-A-Lot" etc. Hahaha~ It's a 6k worth it!

But again, I asked myself why should I be here after what happened. I recalled how I handled my staff when I was at management level. Shit happens, it always does as different people have different level of capabilities, understanding, speed etc.


Understanding the situation, looking at the big picture - Have you got the right tone of voice, is it the right time; right place to question, right mindset, having a firm stand yet flexible with the solution; I just wanna ask 'Have you got it all?'

Don't try to bring your staff down infront of your bosses though it shows that you're doing your job but it also shows that you cannot make it when you can't handle the situation properly and it demoralised your staff. Hello pal! Wake up your fucking idea and stop trying to prove yourself the wrong way! Stop making a fool outta yourself!




What is the most important thing in every life aspect? - An ability to listen, understand, proceed and progress!


You must learn to appreciate one's ability; understand one's capability, touch one's heart then you will be able to communicate in the same direction and find the goodness in him/her. How to do this? Go spend your money at SIM, bring your ears and heart along. But I can't guarantee you will be able to make it coz maybe, you might not have the patience (and brains) to do it.



Everything/everyone need time; it's all a matter of how long and how much effort you wanna put in to groom a person. You are the selfish sort so I guess not. Have you ever think who gave you the opportunity to climb up to this level? Who helped and groom you till you have this progess today? Unless you tell me that you climbed up by polishing people's boots then all I can say is good luck as you can only be here and nowhere else coz you will not be able to survive elsewhere.

Some people are just so immature, speaking ill of others. Have they ever thought about themselves; look into the mirror or do some reflections on their own actions? If you don't like that someone, what makes you think that everyone else like you?

So as to speak, many things keep rolling over one after another through time. If one could actually open their eyes to see the big picture; think of others or the consequences they or the other party would face; listen and understand the main point of views before saying a word or doing an action; I bet things would be a different story. Many times, people always measure friendship with time but as far as I've understand, friendship cannot be measured. It is how much you've understood a person, how much effort you've put in to build the friendship and everything else is felt within the heart.

What are the important aspect in a friendship?

Trust, Integrity, Bonds?

PS: Text messages sucks as one misunderstanding can lead to another and it's never ending or maybe you really don't understand English or maybe you like it this way...

Many times, I asked myself if it's wrong to be frank or speak my heart; the answer always comes back to me as no but whenever I speak my heart, it's always unpleasing to others' ears. Well, all I can say is sorry but this is the truth and the fact, that's what my heart is feeling, I do not know how to say beautiful things to make someone's day when things are not what it is. What is wrong is wrong, what is wrong can never be right! That is my stand! Thanks!

Why make yourself in such a situation? You make everything like it's a game. Hide and avoid? You are just so childish; never think of the big picture, only think that you are right, act like you are the best. When something bad happen to other people; you avoid and did not provide assistance. When something good happen to other people; you get jealous. You are very selfish!

All I want to say is very simple, you might be so high up there now but always remember what goes around, comes around, it's just a matter of time it comes back to you. Just wait and see.


I believe that nothing is impossible in this world as long as you have the determination to try, the patience to wait, the willingness to do.

Everyone make mistakes coz we are all human. To err is human; to forgive, divine.

 Lesson learnt once again children! Please speak only after the words went through your brains a few times and please do not be stubborn when one is trying to explain things or give you advice. Do not interrupt while someone is giving you advice or teaching you. Please do not think that you are always right coz you are human, you are not God. Everyone make mistakes, be brave to admit; learnt from it and never to repeat the same history again then you will grow. There are many more fruitful adventures along this path, only your willingness from heart; determination from mind; positive and open attitude will be able to overcome obstacles and experience them. If not, you will keep running around the same spot in years to come.
