Show it and prove it to all of us that you can be better than anyone of us right here, not elsewhere (not outside).

Don't you dare challenge me, by any qualities you have; Life experiences? Education? Friends? Work attitude? Money? Assets? None can defeat me, so stop day dreaming!

Don't embarrass yourself infront of others or rather don't force me to humiliate you. Please!

Don't put your confidence at the wrong places. You look freaking idiotic! Young man! You've not seen the world yet, please don't talk big and stop acting like you are the only one who can survive out there and I do not need to tell you the reason why I choose to be here. I can only say that I'm blessed enough to be still alive now.

By the way, don't give me crap reasons of why the way you work is like shit. If fear is not what you can overcome throughout these years, go see a psychiatrist or maybe you should just wear a dress. Many times, you protray yourself like a kid so when you make mistakes, you think people can forgive you easily. Face it man! This is the real world!

Treat your own illness first before you come and comment about others. You are just weird!

You wanna gain support from us but the way you work is like SHIT! You can come up with all sorts of lame excuses so you can don't work. C'mon man! What the hell is going on in your little brain? You said you have no friends, no one likes you, no one is helping you, everyone just know how to backstab you but look what you are doing?
I guess, I know why. The way you are is just shit too!

The few of us thought it's quite bad for so many people to do such things to you but now we grew to realise that you're just as sucky as what they've said. When something happened, we gave you advice, we told you the do's and don'ts. When something really bad happened, we gave you advice, you have tears in your eyes, trying to act pitiful when it's your fault? Being stubborn and think you are always right? FUCK OFF!

From now on, I don't give a damn about you anymore! You're just cureless!

Let me give you one last piece of advice, keep your bloody mouth shut, no one will say you're dumb!

If you wanna get outta this place so badly, just GET LOST! Why keep saying and saying but there's No Actions?
You don't have to ask who is leaving. Just leave, I guess this time, it's my right choice of not asking you to stay.
Maybe, you will bring lesser trouble to everyone working with you too. I guess many people will agree too!

Some people are just not worth wasting time, effort etc. on.
Some people are just by themselves...
But when they are in a group, they love creating a scene, just coz they are lack of confidence in them, they felt neglected when they are by themselves therefore they try to attract attention.
Some people are just too stubborn, whatever you've said, they treat it like it's gone with the wind as they think they are always right.

Just one thing I wanna say to all these people; hell to you, if you think you are always right then there's not a need for you to live this life and be here coz you'll be God and I guess, you can't be and will never be coz you aren't perfect!

I will take every complain as a feedback as feedback means there's room for improvement. I will take every experience as an example as it  helps not to make the same mistakes again. But...

This incident let me have a clearer view of how things will be like, perhaps; in future. I really thank you for this good experience from the bottom of my heart but you know I am still a human being; I don't wear a mask anywhere I go. Not like you, therefore I wanna say I am still pissed off. You've left an utterly marvelous impression in this journey.

If I can ask you this - Did you look at the big picture, analyzing the whole outcome before asking me for the details again?

Anyway, I took it as an experience and that; no matter how things are changing around this place, you will never change coz you do not have a flexible mind and will never explore the options to make things better for everyone. You will only make things better for yourself and your gang! No wonder other people always treat us as if we are some low class craps doing other people's job!

You will only do what you are supposed to, avoid what you can do. I bet you've gained this level is by your worth of stay not by your worth of initiative, experience, management skills.

If you are afraid to offend others, why can't you seek an opportunity to talk about it with them, give suggestions and it's not like asking you to tell them to do what you want them to do. Hello! Wake up your smirky brains! Why can't you admit that those people are at fault? Why can't you just say it? Coz they are your people? Favourtism? At least you say it, I can understand, human makes mistakes as we are not Gods! Or are you trying to say those people are Gods?

You did not protect us, you just listen to others and think we are at fault all the time. Have you ever thought, we are not kids, we always do other people's job you think it's fun? Why don't you ask them to give us their pay? Why don't you try doing what we do for at least a week?

Some of us may be young here but there are many of us who are not that young; with work experiences and can do a better job than them! Everyone is important! I bet you don't know that! Do you understand each and everyone of us and see what we do or what we can do? Don't treat us like rubbish bin!


*By the way, I am not the first point of contact at the point of incident, I kept quiet coz I know no matter what, you will still say that it's my fault. I seriously feel that what you've said to me is at least 50% irrelevant. If it's conflict or misunderstanding between the 2 depts, then jolly well go resolve it! If we can do the same by just a phone call, why can't they? Why? Is it that they are of a more superior designation?


Oh yes! I am irresponsible and rude! Just like what you've said. But think about it, what is the root of the problem? It's you and those people who are one or two ranks below you! Have we all been briefed? If yes, does everyone knows the exact thing to do? Who should do the calling? Hello! The answer is no, so please don't talk shit to me!

If all of you don't speak the same language, how do you expect us to speak the same language?

I guess, SIM management course was the right choice not to be missed. The communication module was one that triggers your mind to think and be more flexible with the situation you've faced. It helps alot especially at work dealing with people like 'Mr Know-It-All", "Miss Tactless", "Mr Backstabber", "Mr Cop", "Mr Smarty Pants", "Miss Gossip", "Miss Talk-A-Lot" etc. Hahaha~ It's a 6k worth it!

But again, I asked myself why should I be here after what happened. I recalled how I handled my staff when I was at management level. Shit happens, it always does as different people have different level of capabilities, understanding, speed etc.


Understanding the situation, looking at the big picture - Have you got the right tone of voice, is it the right time; right place to question, right mindset, having a firm stand yet flexible with the solution; I just wanna ask 'Have you got it all?'

Don't try to bring your staff down infront of your bosses though it shows that you're doing your job but it also shows that you cannot make it when you can't handle the situation properly and it demoralised your staff. Hello pal! Wake up your fucking idea and stop trying to prove yourself the wrong way! Stop making a fool outta yourself!




What is the most important thing in every life aspect? - An ability to listen, understand, proceed and progress!


You must learn to appreciate one's ability; understand one's capability, touch one's heart then you will be able to communicate in the same direction and find the goodness in him/her. How to do this? Go spend your money at SIM, bring your ears and heart along. But I can't guarantee you will be able to make it coz maybe, you might not have the patience (and brains) to do it.



Everything/everyone need time; it's all a matter of how long and how much effort you wanna put in to groom a person. You are the selfish sort so I guess not. Have you ever think who gave you the opportunity to climb up to this level? Who helped and groom you till you have this progess today? Unless you tell me that you climbed up by polishing people's boots then all I can say is good luck as you can only be here and nowhere else coz you will not be able to survive elsewhere.

So as to speak, many things keep rolling over one after another through time. If one could actually open their eyes to see the big picture; think of others or the consequences they or the other party would face; listen and understand the main point of views before saying a word or doing an action; I bet things would be a different story. Many times, people always measure friendship with time but as far as I've understand, friendship cannot be measured. It is how much you've understood a person, how much effort you've put in to build the friendship and everything else is felt within the heart.

What are the important aspect in a friendship?

Trust, Integrity, Bonds?

PS: Text messages sucks as one misunderstanding can lead to another and it's never ending or maybe you really don't understand English or maybe you like it this way...

Many times, I asked myself if it's wrong to be frank or speak my heart; the answer always comes back to me as no but whenever I speak my heart, it's always unpleasing to others' ears. Well, all I can say is sorry but this is the truth and the fact, that's what my heart is feeling, I do not know how to say beautiful things to make someone's day when things are not what it is. What is wrong is wrong, what is wrong can never be right! That is my stand! Thanks!

Why make yourself in such a situation? You make everything like it's a game. Hide and avoid? You are just so childish; never think of the big picture, only think that you are right, act like you are the best. When something bad happen to other people; you avoid and did not provide assistance. When something good happen to other people; you get jealous. You are very selfish!

All I want to say is very simple, you might be so high up there now but always remember what goes around, comes around, it's just a matter of time it comes back to you. Just wait and see.


I believe that nothing is impossible in this world as long as you have the determination to try, the patience to wait, the willingness to do.

 Lesson learnt once again children! Please speak only after the words went through your brains a few times and please do not be stubborn when one is trying to explain things or give you advice. Do not interrupt while someone is giving you advice or teaching you. Please do not think that you are always right coz you are human, you are not God. Everyone make mistakes, be brave to admit; learnt from it and never to repeat the same history again then you will grow. There are many more fruitful adventures along this path, only your willingness from heart; determination from mind; positive and open attitude will be able to overcome obstacles and experience them. If not, you will keep running around the same spot in years to come.
